While KSi specializes in electricians, carpenters and general laborers, we also employ welders, hvac mechanics, plumbers, and other trades. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your needs. We will be happy to find you the workers you need for your job in the time frame given.

• Provide the qualified tradesmen you need, when you need them.

• Ensure each worker arrives on time, has the required tools for the job and stays the full length of the assignment.

• Accurately match each tradesmen's skill to your individual requirements, resulting in someone who can do what you need and with minimal direction.

• Reference check each worker, and provide any necessary drug testing results to the jobsite.

• Provide traveling crews to contractors that work in multiple states, saving them the time and money of assembling new crews at each jobsite.

• Provide assistance in helping determine what your outsourced labor costs will be on a specific project before you submit your bid. This is something that very few labor staffing services will do. Since the KSi management team stems from actual commercial and residential construction backgrounds, we have the ability to help you crunch the numbers accurately!

• Ability to take on your existing crew(s) and lease them back to you exclusively at a discounted rate. This equates to saving you the overall costs and burdens of carrying them on your own payroll, all while keeping them working for you on your same jobsites!
